ELIGIBILITY
Open to legal residents of CT, FL, MA, ME, NH, NY, RI and VT who are 18 years of age and older as of the date of entry. Employees, officers and directors of MatchPoint Marketing, LLC (“Sponsor”), Kayem® Foods Incorporated, their respective parent and subsidiary companies, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, and the immediate family members (spouses, siblings, children and parents, regardless of where they live) or members of the same households (whether related or not) of such individuals are not eligible. Void where prohibited.
ENTRY PERIOD
The Kayem® “Full House Guaranteed” Sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes”) begins on 5/4/08 at 12:01 AM Eastern Time (“ET”) and ends on 9/30/08 at 11:59 PM ET.
TO ENTER
There are two ways to enter the Sweepstakes:
Online - visit www.KayemPokerSweeps.com to access the online entry form. Complete the entry form and submit so that it is received by Sponsor’s server by 11:59 PM ET on 9/30/08.
By mail - Hand print your name, complete address, phone number, and e-mail address (optional) on a postcard. Mail your completed entry to: Kayem® “Full House Guaranteed” Sweepstakes Entry, PO Box 41, Carnegie, PA 15106.
Mail-in entries must be postmarked by 9/30/08 and received by 10/7/08. Entries must be mailed separately. No mechanical reproduction of entries permitted.
Limit one entry per person per day, regardless of method of entry.
RANDOM DRAWING/PRIZES
On or about 10/14/08, Sponsor will conduct a random drawing from among all eligible entries received to award the following prizes:
One (1) Grand Prize: a custom poker table displaying the Kayem® logo. Approximate retail value (“ARV”) of Grand Prize is $4,750.
Twenty-Five (25) First Prizes: each a custom set of poker chips displaying the Kayem® logo, ARV $123 each.
Five Hundred (500) Second Prizes: each a custom deck of playing cards displaying the Kayem® logo, ARV $5 each.
Odds of winning a prize will depend on the number of eligible electronic and mail-in entries combined. Winners will be notified by phone, mail and/or express mail, at Sponsor’s sole discretion. Any failure to timely return required documents, noncompliance with the terms of these rules or the return of any prize or prize notification as undeliverable will cause prize to be forfeited and an alternate potential winner to be selected. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal value at its sole discretion. Prizes are non-transferable and no cash redemption or prize substitution allowed, except at Sponsor’s sole discretion in case of prize unavailability. All prizes will be awarded, assuming a sufficient number of eligible entries are received.

GENERAL
Taxes on prizes and all expenses related to acceptance and use of prizes, not otherwise specified, are the sole responsibility of winners. By participating, each entrant agrees: (a) to comply with these rules and decisions of Sponsor, which shall be final in all respects relating to this promotion; (b) to release, discharge and hold harmless Sponsor, Kayem® Foods Incorporated, their respective parent and subsidiary companies, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, together with the employees, officers, directors, shareholders, members and representatives of each (collectively “Sponsor and its agents”) from and against any and all injuries, liability, losses and damages of any kind resulting from his/her participation in the Sweepstakes or his/her acceptance, use or misuse of prize including, without limitation, personal injury, death and property damage; and, if a winner (c) to the use of his/her name, photograph, likeness, statements, biographical information, voice, voice likeness and city and state address for advertising, publicity and promotional purposes in all media, in perpetuity, without compensation (unless prohibited by law) and agree to execute specific consent to such use upon request. Sponsor and its agents are not responsible for and shall not be liable for: (a) electronic, hardware or software program, network, Internet or computer malfunctions, failures, or difficulties of any kind, including without limitation, server malfunction or by any human error which may occur in the processing of entries; (b) failed, incomplete, garbled or delayed computer transmissions; (c) lost, late, misdirected, illegible or incomplete entries or postage-due mail; (d) typographical errors in these Official Rules, in any Sweepstakes-related advertisements or other materials; or (e) any condition caused by events beyond the control of the Sponsor that may cause the promotion to be disrupted or corrupted. Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion to cancel or suspend the Sweepstakes or any portion thereof should viruses, bugs or other causes corrupt the administration, security or proper play of the promotion, in which case all prizes will be awarded via a random drawing from among all eligible entries received prior to cancellation. CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT BY AN ENTRANT TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY WEB SITE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE PROMOTION MAY BE A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES FROM ANY SUCH PERSON TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any entry at any time in the event it is determined that the entrant has not complied with these Official Rules. In the event of a dispute regarding the identity of the person submitting an online entry, such entry will be deemed to be submitted by the person to whom the e-mail account (as declared in such entry) is registered at the time of entry. Entry information becomes property of Sponsor.
